REFINANCE REQUIREMENTS

Submit the following for refinancing the mortgage for your apartment.

Copies of the following :

1. Appraisal report.

2. Commitment letter from your Bank

3. Recongnition agreement or Aztech agreement.

Upon receipt of the above and a $50.00 check made out to Hudson View Associates Inc. and all the above in order the papers will be forwarded to the Cooperative Attorney for signing of the Aztech agreement.
